The first problem phenomenon: when semi-active, it acts immediately without stepping on the foot switch.

Most of the reasons for such problems are the damage of the foot switch or the short circuit caused by water in the foot switch socket, and the other is the problem of the manual start button switch. The correction method is to replace new switches, sockets and button switches or disassemble and repair relevant damaged parts.

The second problem phenomenon: during semi-active operation, step on the foot switch, the sliding seat drops, and then rises after spreading.

This phenomenon is generally caused by the damage or disconnection of the proximity switch on the left side of the transverse sliding seat. The solution is to replace the proximity switch or connect the switch wiring.

The third problem phenomenon: during semi-active operation, step on the foot switch, the vertical sliding seat drops, and the printing seat does not act after moving to the left.

The cause of this problem is that the proximity switch on the left side of the cross slide seat is not sensed or there is a problem. The solution is to adjust the sensing point of the left proximity switch or replace the good proximity switch; In addition, the micro switch in the foot switch is stuck and does not act, which will also cause this problem. The solution is to adjust, correct or replace the microswitch in the foot switch with a new microswitch.

The fourth problem phenomenon: when stepping on the foot switch during semi-active operation, the sliding seat drops, moves left and then rises, but does not move right.

The occurrence of this phenomenon is that the proximity switch at the top left of the vertical sliding seat is not sensed or there is a problem with the proximity switch. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch at the top or better proximity switch.

The fifth problem phenomenon: the rising action is slow for half a beat after action switching. This kind of problem is that there are foreign matters blocking the control solenoid valve or there are problems with the solenoid valve. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve and clean or replace the solenoid valve.

The sixth fault phenomenon: manual and semi-active do not operate, and the power light is on. The causes of such problems are that the fuse on the low-voltage side is blown, there is no air source, and all solenoid valves are faulty. The solution is to replace the fuse on the low-voltage side and check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg / cm. All the problems of the solenoid valves are very small, mostly the connection is broken.

The seventh problem phenomenon: active and semi automatic start does not drop. The occurrence of such problems is that the proximity switch on the right side of the cross slide seat is faulty or not sensed, the selection switch is faulty, and the interlock point of the single acting switch is damaged. The solution is to adjust the proximity switch sensing or replace the right proximity switch, replace or modify the selection switch and single action switch.

The eighth fault phenomenon: the initiative cannot be started. This kind of fault is that the micro branch switches of the upper and lower cylinders are normally closed, the contact cannot be connected or the timer is damaged. The solution is to correct the microswitch or replace the timer.

The ninth problem phenomenon: the worktable does not inhale. The reason for this problem is that the suction motor is burned.

The contactor controlling the operation of the motor is damaged and the suction motor rolls, but there is a problem with the control of the suction solenoid valve and the suction selection switch. The solution is to correct or replace it.

The tenth problem phenomenon: the worktable does not inhale because the solenoid valve operated by the suction station is broken or the internal block is damaged. The solution is to replace and correct it.

The eleventh fault phenomenon: the rising speed of the vertical sliding seat is slow, because there is no oil in the bearing of the vertical sliding seat or the cylinder piston is worn, and the magnetic collision makes the axis tortuous. The solution is to replenish oil and replace the piston.
