1、 Paper feeding section:

1. Bench clutch:

1) 2 color flexo printing slotting die cutting machine clutch alarm bell is electrically controlled, and the alarm bell will ring continuously during the travel to ensure the safety of operators.

3) The main motor adopts variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller, which can save energy and start stably, with motor starting protection device attached.

2. Leading edge feeding system

1) The air suction auxiliary paper feeding fan is 7.5KW, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the different bending degree of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper feeding.

2) The paper lifting and dropping are driven by air cylinder, which is fast and powerful.

3) The side baffle is electrically adjusted, and the front baffle and the rear baffle are manually adjusted.

4) Taiwan’s super resistant leading edge paper feeding wheel is durable.

5) Sheet feeding device, (continuous or sheet feeding can be selected as required)

3. Dust removal device

1) The brush dedusting device in the paper feeding section can remove a large amount of impurities on the printed surface of the cardboard, and improve the printing quality.

4. Paper feeding roller

1) Outer diameter: 140mm upper roll.

2) 45 # seamless steel pipe, wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and static balance correction.

3) The lower roll, with an outer diameter of 140mm, is embossed and plated with hard chromium, and is subject to static balance correction.

4) The paper feeding roller gap dial is adjusted manually, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.

5) The front paper feeding cots (elastic cots) are spring lifting and automatic pressure regulating, which can reduce the strength damage of corrugated paperboard.

 2、 Printing Department:

1. Printing roller:

1) Outer diameter: 394mm (including plate outer diameter: 405mm)

2) The surface of steel pipe is ground and hard chrome plated.

3) Make balance correction to ensure smooth operation.

4) Ratchet fixed roller.

5) Full version hanging plate slot, applicable to 9mm hanging plate strip.

6) Loading and unloading the printing plate, and the foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation.

2. Printing press roll:

1) The outer diameter is 156mm

2) The surface of steel pipe is ground and hard chrome plated.

3) Make balance correction to ensure smooth operation.

4) The printing press roll gap dial is adjusted manually, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.

3. Upper and lower paper feeding rollers:

1) The outer diameter of the upper roll is 99mm, which is a thick walled steel pipe. It is equipped with two paper feeding wheels.

2) Lower roll, external diameter 156mm, thick walled steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3) The paper feeding roller gap dial is adjusted manually, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.

4. Steel anilox roll

1) The outer diameter is 213mm (mesh number: 180, 200, 220, 240, 260). (Optional mesh number)

2) The surface of the steel pipe is ground, the reticulated pattern is pressed, the surface is ground, and the hard chromium is plated.

3) Make balance correction, operate stably, with consistent dot and even inking.

4) The anilox roller is equipped with wedge clutch, so that the ink is evenly distributed and washed.

5) The reticle clearance dial is adjusted manually.

5. Rubber roller:

1) Outer diameter φ 198mm。

2) The steel pipe surface shall be wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and the balance shall be corrected.

3) The rubber roller is specially grinded, and the ink transfer effect is good.

4) The rubber hardness is 60-65 degrees.

6. Phase adjustment mechanism:

1) Planetary gear industry structure.

2) Electric digital 360 degree adjustment of printing phase (adjustable for operation and stop).

3) Manually adjust the horizontal position, and the adjustment distance is ± 10mm.

7. Ink cycle

1) Air pressure diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, convenient operation and maintenance.

2) Ink filter screen, filter impurities.

8. Printing phase fixture:

1) Air cylinder brake

2) When the stage is adjusted separately, the brake mechanism restricts the operation of the stage and keeps the original gear position fixed.

9. Oil supply unit:

1) Mechanical oil pump

3、 Die cutting part

1. Knife mold roll (lower roll)

1) Outer diameter φ 360mm。 (excluding cutter die)

2) Cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3) Balance calibration to increase operation stability.

4) The spacing between the fixing screw holes of the knife die is 100mm * 100mm.

5) Applicable knife die height is 25.4mm.

6) Die cutting thickness is 16mm (for three-layer board), 13mm-15mm (for five layer board).

2. Rubber cushion roller (upper roller)

1) The outer wall is φ 388.9mm。

2) Cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3) Balance calibration to increase operation stability.

4) Manually adjust the clearance with the knife die roll.

5) The thickness of rubber pad is 8mm (outer diameter: φ 404.9mm), width 230mm

3. Traverse and repair device:

1) Mechanical horizontal 40mm, movable device and die cutting evenness weighing instrument automatically compensate the linear speed, which can make the die cutting rubber pad wear evenly and prolong its service life.

2) The electric repair device is used for repair to improve the reuse rate of the rubber pad, which can be repaired 3-4 times.

3) Pneumatic automatic separation device of die cutting roll can reduce the abrasion of rubber pad, thus improving the service life.

4. Version free fixture:

1) The die cutting can be quickly interchanged and multifunctional, and the conventional box does not need a template.

2) The utility model has the same effect as the thin knife slotting, thereby saving the production cost.

4、 Transmission gear:

1. 40Cr alloy steel, after quenching and tempering, gear grinding and nitriding treatment.

2. Level 6 accuracy, smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC55-60, long service life, low wear, and the printing accuracy can be unchanged for a long time.

3. The transmission parts (shaft and tooth joints) of the whole machine are keyless (expansion sleeve) to eliminate the connection clearance, which is suitable for long-term high-speed operation with large torque.

5、 Oil supply unit:

1) Mechanical oil pump oil supply circulation

2) The oil is supplied circularly, the oil amount of the gear is even, and the oil level of each group is balanced.

3) Closed spray lubrication system is adopted for lubrication to ensure transmission accuracy and service life
