The paper corner protection production line can provide corner protection for any goods loaded on pallets. It is used in conjunction with packaging straps (or packaging films) to make loose and fragmented paper boxes, plates, metal tubes, electronic components, and other items a solid whole, preventing goods from tilting or collapsing. Another major advantage of  paper edge protector machine is that it is very convenient to unpack, as long as you cut the packaging tape or box film. If the use of paper corner protection in the production line is only to protect the surface and does not require reinforcement, a thickness of 3mm is sufficient. Its size can be determined according to the size of the corner protection. To reduce costs, some small corner protection can also be used to protect the edges and corners damaged due to the tight packaging tape. Placing paper corner protectors on the four corners of the cardboard box in the paper corner protection production line can enhance the stacking strength of the cardboard box, provide cushioning when subjected to external impact, and also stack the cardboard boxes together without squeezing the items inside.
