1. Maintenance and management of central control room, electrical cabinet, and power distribution cabinet

Lock the doors of the central control room, electrical cabinets, and power distribution cabinets;

Seal all wiring holes (pits) that may introduce dust, moisture, rodents, or other insects, prevent on-site paper dust from entering the control room, and keep the control room clean;

It is strictly prohibited to modify, disassemble, or replace system components that have not been approved by Jingshan Light Machinery without authorization, and it is not allowed to overlap other electrical equipment within the electrical cabinet;

It is not allowed to disassemble and assemble various cables such as control cables, grounding wires, power supply lines, communication cables, etc. without any reason. If it is necessary to disassemble and assemble cables due to the maintenance of equipment, it is necessary to maintain the identification intact and restore the cables to ensure reliable wiring;

After a month of operation of the new fully automatic box gluing machine and every six months of equipment operation, comprehensively inspect and tighten various wiring terminals.

2. Operation station maintenance management

Operate in a civilized manner, take good care of equipment, maintain cleanliness, prevent dust and water, conduct weekly power outage purging and maintenance, including dust cleaning inside the industrial computer;

It is strictly prohibited to use software not provided by Jingshan Light Machine on industrial personal computers (computers), PLCs, HMIs, and various controllers. Use USB flash drives carefully to prevent virus intrusion;

Complete various upper computer software and data backup required by the system;

When the fully automatic box gluing machine is shut down for a long time, the PLC, HMI, and programmable controller are continuously powered on for more than 8 hours per week to ensure that no program or data is lost due to a prolonged power outage.
