3. Operating procedures:

3.1 Equipment adjustment

3.1.1 Carefully check the production order, process drawings, and samples, determine the adhesive used for the box, and prepare it.

3.1.2 Adjust the width of the box baffle to be glued. Both sides should be parallel. The size of the side baffle on both sides should be 1mm from the glued carton. Then adjust the limit bolt to ensure that each product to be glued can pass through smoothly without binding.

3.1.3 Adjust the slope and height of the support in the box area to be glued, so that the box products can move forward smoothly without binding, and then adjust the auxiliary guide rail and runner. Make it suitable for the size of the carton to be glued.

3.1.4 Adjust the adhesive conveying belt and guide rail, and then adjust the host and wheel pressure as well as the cross fit of the belt.

3.1.5 Adjust the gluing position and check whether the glue in the glue cylinder is sufficient and the amount of glue is appropriate.

3.1.6 Turn on the power switch, after adjusting the machine, press the “Run” or “Start” button to debug the machine, and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. If there is any deviation, it should be corrected immediately.

3.1.7 After the commissioning is ok, the machine shall be tested for 1-2 pieces first, and the machine speed shall be adjusted after the position and forming specification are confirmed.

3.1.8 Pay attention to the paper feeding state of the carton, and do not exceed the line, go offline, or misplace it to avoid affecting the appearance and molding effect of the carton.

3.1.9 First article confirmation: strictly follow the first article sample signing system.

3.1.10 After production, clean the machine and keep it clean.

3.2 Preparation and operation coordination

3.2.1 Before starting the carton gluing machine, first use a hydraulic truck to pull the printed semi-finished cardboard to the paper feeding section of the machine, and prepare for loading;

3.2.2 When the machine is running, it is necessary to place material in the paper feeding section in a timely manner. During loading, ensure that the cardboard is placed flat in the front, back, left, and right sides, so as to ensure stable paper output without skew.

3.2.3 When the machine is running, the loading worker cooperates with the head of the box gluing machine to observe the paper discharge phenomenon while loading. If any abnormality is found, immediately press the emergency stop switch on the machine, and then report to the head of the machine to solve the problem.

4. Precautions for safe production

4.3.1 Personnel who are not the captain of the aircraft shall not operate the machine, nor shall they casually manipulate the machine, nor shall they be able to put their hands into the rotating parts of the machine.

4.3.2 Before starting the box gluing machine, it is necessary to ring a warning bell to avoid causing injury to other personnel when starting the machine.

4.3.3 Personnel at each position shall adhere to their respective positions and shall not change positions privately without permission.

4.3.4 Non professional personnel shall not open the power distribution cabinet, and the voltage converter shall not collide.

4.3.5 Carefully clean the dust and debris on the equipment after each shift.

4.3.6 Maintain the equipment in strict accordance with maintenance specifications, and add lubricating oil in a timely manner.

4.3.7 The gluing department should be promptly disassembled for maintenance and cleaning to prevent clogging.

4.3.8 Accurately control the quantity and carefully fill in the work report.
