Overview of automatic hardboard production line:

hard paper board production line is a series of mechanical equipment used in the production of cardboard. These equipment can make multiple layers of paper into cardboard with certain strength and rigidity through process steps such as pretreatment, bonding and pressing. A typical cardboard production line typically includes the following key components:
1. Raw paper support: used for storing the paper to be processed.
1. Delivery bridge: for transferring paper from one workstation to another.
1. Raw paper preheater: increase the temperature of the paper in order to better carry out the subsequent bonding process.
1. Side machine: adjust the paper edge to make sure the edges are neat.
1. Rubber coating machine: apply the adhesive between the paper.
1. Binding machine: stick the paper coated with glue tightly together.
1. Compactor: eliminate the bubbles after bonding and enhance the density and flatness of cardboard.
1. Plastic department: further adjust the size and shape of the cardboard.
1. Dry cadres: remove the excess water and solidify the adhesive.
1. Cooling part: cool down the cardboard and prepare to cut.
1. Tractor: control the tension and speed of cardboard.
1. Paper separator: Cut the cardboard into the required size.
