a) Carefully read the electrical schematic and related documents of the equipment, and master the electrical principles and control system principles of the equipment from a theoretical perspective. Understand the location of electrical components, wiring, piping, numbering, and routing.
b) Regarding the faults that may occur in the machine equipment, carefully analyze the parts that may cause this fault, search for components and circuits that may cause the fault based on electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, etc., diagnose and eliminate them one by one.
c) In electrical repairs, the first step is to check whether the power supply voltage and current are normal, whether the air pump pressure meets the standard, and whether the lubrication system oil pressure meets the standard.
d) The web offset flexo printing slotting die cutting machine adopts a PC for automatic control. Generally, there is a light-emitting diode in the control cabinet as a fault prompt, and the location where the fault occurs can be found according to the prompt.
e) Common electrical faults can be summarized as: damaged fuses, damaged contacts of contactors and relays, loose and poor connections, malfunctioning buttons and limit switches, failure of a certain position control switch in the safety protection system, failure of the photoelectric detection part in the tension control system and paper breaking system, electromagnetic valve leakage, damage, etc.

There are two common faults during the operation of DC electric motors: mechanical and electrical. Mechanical failures mainly manifest as bearing heating, motor vibration, collision between armature and stator core, and abnormal noise. Usually caused by armature rotation.
The electrical fault of a DC motor is a spark between the brush and the commutator. When the motor is not running normally, the size and color of the sparks will change. When the fault is minor, the sparks will appear yellow red, bright, and the surface of the commutator will turn black, resulting in burn marks. If the spark is severe, a large amount of red and green sparks will be sprayed, mixed with flickering flames and accompanied by noise.
Electrical faults in AC three-phase asynchronous motors: one is single-phase operation fault, and the other is severe heating of the motor. This type of fault may be caused by heavy load, or it may be caused by low or high power supply voltage.
