The specific work includes:

1. Often wipe off the paper powder on the paper feeding table.

2. The printing plate cylinder, rubber cylinder and embossing cylinder are the heart of the printing press. The shoulder iron of the printing plate and rubber cylinder should be kept clean.

3. Do not leave ink in the cots, let alone make the ink crust on the cots. If not used for a long time, remove the cots to avoid extrusion and deformation.

4. After printing, the rubber drum and embossing drum must be cleaned.

5. The dust and oil stain on the electrical box shall be cleaned in time to prevent the paper wool from entering the relay and contactor switch and causing power failure.

6. When cleaning the machine, always check whether the oil circuit is unblocked, whether there is any place for daily refueling and whether the oil pipe is blocked.

7. Also check whether the fasteners are loose or damaged.

8. If the machine does not operate for a long time, cover it with a dust cover to avoid ash and sand intrusion.
