1. Lubrication status of the machine. First, observe whether the oil circuit of the machine is unblocked through the oil mark. If there is no oil on the oil mark or the oil mark cannot be observed clearly, stop the machine urgently and carefully check whether there is oil leakage in the oil circuit. Although the oil leakage of the machine is easy to observe, it is difficult to find the cause. For machines with sliding bearings, low speed is not conducive to their lubrication, especially inching or low-speed operation. Therefore, before such operations, the idling machine shall be lubricated, which is also a primary work to be done before each project goes to work. The oil pump of some machines is driven by the main engine. Therefore, when the reverse point occurs, the oil circuit will not refuel, but will suck the oil from the oil circuit back to the oil tank, which is very dangerous. Therefore, the reverse point should be avoided. The lubrication of some important parts can also be detected by the metal temperature near them. If the temperature is too high, it indicates that there is a problem with lubrication.

2. Impact during machine operation. The smaller the impact during the operation of the machine, the more conducive to printing, and can also prolong the service life of the machine. Reducing the printing pressure (pressure in a broad sense) is an important condition to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. On the premise of ensuring the printing quality, the smaller the printing pressure, the better. Reducing the speed of the machine is another important condition to reduce the moment of inertia of the machine. The lower the speed of the machine, the smaller its moment of inertia. Therefore, the machine should not always run at high speed. The above aspects are only part of the daily maintenance and repair of the printing press. The quality of the daily maintenance and repair of the printing press directly affects the service life and product quality of the printing press, so we can’t take it lightly.

3. Machine readiness test. The readiness of the machine can be detected by inching or turning. Other items such as tools are stuck in the machine; Whether the installation position of the printing plate is appropriate. If it is not appropriate, it may damage the printing plate or bring great difficulties to finding rules; Whether the blanket is properly installed. If it is not appropriate, it may cause printing failure, and in serious cases, it may damage the blanket or the machine.
