1. Mechanical preheating and cooling must be carried out in operating mode. If a shutdown is required during production, the power must be cut off for heating before the shutdown

2. The glue roller and glue groove must be cleaned with clean water at the end of each shift.

3. The conveyor belt of the double-sided machine must be supported during production to avoid scalding due to high temperature.

4. High temperature lubricating grease is often used for bearings on hard paper board production line , and oil is regularly replaced and added to gears, sprockets, and chains in reducers and continuously variable transmissions.

5. When cleaning or removing paper eyebrows and adhesives on the surface of corrugated rollers, gluing rollers, pressure rollers, and various grooves, it is necessary to stop the operation to prevent the cleaning tool from getting stuck in the machine.

6. The edge material cut by the slitting knife should be straightened out at the beginning to prevent it from getting entangled on various shafts. Once entangled, it should be stopped and cleared to avoid injuring hands.

7. Electrical control system: Before starting the machine, check the control circuit for any damage or leakage, and check if the control box motor is damp or conductive materials enter to prevent short circuits and prevent it from not starting.

The above are the precautions in the cardboard production line. Only by strictly following the process can the accuracy of the cardboard box equipment be guaranteed, so that it can produce products that meet the same standard and meet the requirements. Therefore, it is recommended that the corrugated cardboard production line can undergo an annual inspection of ordinary machine tools and undergo an annual overhaul to ensure accuracy and lifespan.
