Printing department functions of the flexo printer slotter die cutter machine :

1. The printing roller is made of seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating, balance correction, and smooth operation.

2. Quick plate changing device, when loading and unloading printing plates, the foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate roller.

3. The gap adjustment of the paper feeding roller, embossing roller, rubber roller, and mesh roller adopts a self-locking structure.

4. The phase adjustment of the printing roller adopts PLC and electric digital input 360 °? Adjustments can be made during shutdown and operation.

5. The lateral adjustment of the printing roller adopts PLC and electric digital adjustment, with an adjustment range of ± 10mm

6. Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake mechanism. When the unit is separated, adjusted or cleaned, the brake mechanism restricts the gear rotation and maintains the original gear position fixing point.

7. The anilox roller adopts a pneumatic lifting device in conjunction with the paper feeding system (the anilox roller automatically falls down in unit order during paper feeding, and automatically lifts up in unit order when paper feeding is stopped).

8. Pneumatic diaphragm pump for ink application, automatic circulation, water addition for cleaning.

9. The eraser memory function allows you to return to the original printing position after cleaning the printing plate.
