Function description of the paper corner protector production line :

1. The main engine consists of 8 sets/10 sets/12 sets of pressure wheels that rotate coaxially, and the upper pressure wheel is pneumatically adjusted.

2. Adopting Mitsubishi frequency converter, Mitsubishi servo motor, Mitsubishi touch screen, Mitsubishi PLC human-machine interface. Easy to operate and learn.

3. Production operations are fully digitized, with production specifications input into touch screens in batches, production quantity monitoring, and automatic shutdown upon completion.

4. Automatic alarm, fault prompt, convenient maintenance.

5. The paper edge protector machine can install a punching and indentation device, which can punch corners with a width of 30-80mm. Commonly used include a 90 degree punch, a 90 degree buckle punch, and a 5-90 degree surround punch

6. According to customer needs, the dual functions of paper corner protectors and cardboard can be combined on one production line.
