Place a piece of cardboard in the binding section, and the technician sets the binding pressure based on the thickness of the cardboard. Adjust the width of the nail box support frame according to the length and thickness of the cardboard;

When the thickness of the cardboard is too thick, personnel should be arranged to appropriately press the binding area to prevent the paper from being crushed during binding;

According to the requirements of the production notice, the box nails should be nailed along the centerline of the overlapping part, with a deviation of no more than 3mm.

The spacing between nails is uniform, with the distance between the first and last nails being 20mm from the upper and lower lines. The distance between single nails is not more than 55mm, and the distance between double nails is not more than 75mm.

The process team leader and team leader can each take a cardboard box and conduct initial inspection of the product. When checking, the cardboard box should be placed in natural light. The main precautions of the carton box semi automatic stitcher machine are as follows:

1. The nails should be firmly and thoroughly fastened, and there should be no overlapping, missing, warped, broken, curved, or non rotating nails;

2. When stapling boxes, the two blank boxes should be aligned and there should be no scissors;

3. After folding, the box should be square and square. The difference between the two diagonals on the top surface of a cardboard box with a comprehensive size of less than or equal to 1000mm should not be greater than 3mm. The comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated cardboard box should not be greater than ± 2mm, and that of a double corrugated cardboard box should not be greater than ± 4mm. The difference between the two diagonals on the top surface of a cardboard box with a comprehensive size of more than 1000mm should not be greater than 5mm. The comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated cardboard box should not be greater than ± 3mm, and that of a double corrugated cardboard box should not be greater than ± 5mm.
