How to Choose Contactors for New paper tube making machines:

1. When controlling the AC load of a new paper tube machine, an AC contactor should be selected. When controlling the DC load of a paper tube machine, a DC contactor should be selected.

The rated working voltage of the main contact of the paper tube machine should be greater than or equal to the load circuit voltage.

3. If frequent starting, braking, and reversing are used, the rated working current of the new main contact should be greater than or equal to the current of the load circuit, and a larger level AC contactor should be selected.

The number and type of contactors for the new paper tube core making machine should meet the requirements of the control line.

5. The voltage selection for the suction coil of the kraft paper tube making machine contactor should be lower from a safety perspective. When there are more than 5 receiving coils in the control circuit and a transformer is used for power supply, a voltage of 110V can be used; But when the control circuit is simple, in order to save transformers, a voltage of 380V can be selected.
