Blade maintenance

Lubrication: Regularly lubricate the blades to reduce friction and wear. Choose suitable lubricating oil or grease and apply it to the cutting edge and rotating parts of the blade, but be careful not to over apply it to avoid contaminating the paper or affecting the cutting effect.

Inspection: Regularly check the wear of the blade, including the sharpness of the edge, whether there are gaps or cracks, etc. If blade passivation or damage is found, it should be dealt with promptly.

Avoid improper use: During use, avoid cutting materials that are too hard, thick, or contain impurities with the blade to prevent damage to the blade. Blade replacement

Preparation: Before replacing the blade, turn off the power of the paper tube making machine and ensure that the machine stops running completely to prevent accidental start-up and personal injury. At the same time, prepare new blades, corresponding tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.), and safety equipment such as protective gloves.

Dismantling old blades: According to the operating manual or equipment structure of the paper tube machine, find the fixing device for the blades, usually screws or nuts. Use a suitable tool to loosen and remove these fasteners, then carefully remove the old blade from the blade holder, taking care to avoid hand injury or blade flying out causing danger. After removing the old blade, clean the blade holder to remove any debris and residual glue.

Install new blade: Place the new blade on the blade holder, ensuring its correct position and secure installation. Tighten the fixing screws or nuts using tools in the reverse order of disassembly, but do not over tighten to avoid damaging the blade or holder. After installation, check the installation of the blade to ensure that it can rotate freely without any looseness.

Debugging and running in: After installing the new blade, preliminary debugging and running in are required. First, turn on the paper tube machine and run it at a lower speed. Observe the operation of the blade to ensure that it cuts normally without any abnormal vibration or noise. If any problems are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and adjustment. During the running in process, gradually increase the operating speed of the tissue paper tube making machine to adapt the blades to the working state.
