This box gluing machine is composed of an automatic feeding part, a grinding and gluing part, a conveying part and a manual folding and pressurizing part. The workers fold and press it manually, and then put it into the pneumatic work department for compression after reaching a certain amount. The utility model is characterized in that the automatic feeding speed of the feeding part is fast, but the folding paperboard can not be fed, and only the flat plate can be fed. The feeding part of this gluing machine is similar to the front paper feeding structure. It is fed by special tape, roller, etc. At the same time, it can also complete the bonding of two cartons, as well as the bonding of special cartons such as special-shaped cartons and side mouth boxes. The grinding and gluing part of the machine can accurately roughen and glue the parts that need to be glued, and the nozzle configured by the machine can also be used to spray glue locally on the special-shaped box. There are 12 working positions on both sides of the machine, which can be operated by 12 workers at the same time, and the production speed is also considerable.

In the normal production process, once the carton machinery fails, the production department will be affected, but why does the production department not pay attention to the equipment? On the one hand, this is related to the company’s original equipment management mechanism. The division of work is too detailed, and the maintenance of equipment is in the charge of repairmen; On the other hand, it is related to the working time arrangement of the production department. The production department usually only does what must be done in production and does not touch the equipment.

It is difficult to reduce equipment failure, even close to zero failure, only with the efforts of the equipment department, which can only be achieved with the assistance of the production department. In other words, the production department should do some work, that is, cleaning, spot inspection, refueling, screw inspection and tightening, and replacement of other parts. Through these activities, abnormalities can be found as soon as possible. The concerted efforts of the two departments are necessary. Therefore, how to make the personnel of the production department care about equipment maintenance and do what they should do is very important. Most faults have certain symptoms before they occur. Teaching the observation methods of these slight symptoms to the operators can make them find the faults as soon as possible, and teach the operators the basic methods of cleaning, spot inspection and refueling, so as to prolong the cycle of equipment faults. Therefore, how to improve the initiative of operators to participate in the maintenance of equipment and give full play to their collective strength is the focus and common difficulty of reducing equipment faults.
