In a carton mechanical equipment, the chain is a vital part. The performance of the chain largely depends on whether the front and rear shafts and sprockets are installed accurately. The requirement is that the parallelism of the front and rear shafts is within 1 / 300. The coplanarity of the front and rear wheels is 0.5-1.0mm/m. If the chain finds the above problems during operation, it shall be adjusted in time.
The reason for chain jitter is that the chain is too loose, the load is too large, or one or more chain links are inflexible. The solution is the equipment chain tensioner or adjustable center distance. The reason for excessive noise is that the sprocket is not coplanar; Chain tightness is too large or too small; Insufficient lubrication; Chain and sprocket wear; Or the chain pitch is too large. The solution is to check the parallelism of the front and rear shafts and the coplanarity of the sprocket and correct it. Adjust the center distance and tensioning device to obtain appropriate tightness and ensure lubrication to the workpiece.
The sprocket shall be installed on the shaft without inclination and swing. In the same transmission assembly, the end faces of the two sprockets shall be located in the same plane. When the distance between the sprocket bases is less than 0.5m, the allowable error is 1mm; When the distance between sprocket bases is more than 0.5m, the allowable error is 2mm. However, it is not allowed to conflict with the side of sprocket teeth. If the two wheels are shifted too much, it is easy to fall off the chain and accelerate wear. It is necessary to check and adjust the offset when replacing the sprocket.
