Step 2, Production preparation: Check handover records; After receiving the production order, first check whether the order is correct, understand the process requirements, production quantity, and precautions of the products to be produced, and mark the live parts printed by the two shifts on the printing surface to track quality issues; Prepare raw and auxiliary materials according to the specified list; Carefully read the product list to see if there are any special requirements for the product (whether online polishing is required; whether die-cutting meets die-cutting requirements; whether printing color sequence is required; whether printing is done first or touching the line first.) Check the production status of the cardboard and whether batch printing is necessary to avoid defective products (do not press or hand press the cardboard to avoid dents affecting printing); Set the ink and ink viscosity in advance according to the printing color requirements; Correct adjustment of machine pressure, printing speed, slot position, and reasonable arrangement of color sequence for ink printing machines.

Step 3: Start paper feeding, produce 1-2 sheets of cardboard, and start mass production after passing the inspection; Check the position of graphics and text, polishing position, frame size, and completeness of graphics and text. Please refer to the approved draft or sample. Check images and text: read the text line by line without writing (leave signature text); Avoid errors in signed drafts; Inspect according to signed bills of exchange or samples; During the production process, spot check at any time for any deviations, color differences, clear images and text, shortages, no rough edges or tear grooves forming edges, no overlapping seams forming covers, correct pressure lines, and appropriate pressure. Timely address quality issues and mark defects for later process inspection. During the installation process, the staff must strictly inspect and control the quality of the board. If defective boards are found, such as blistering, bending, fracture, tearing, etc., they should be inspected for other purposes. If large color difference and no ink phenomenon are found; Graphic defects or printing plate issues; The mark is very dirty; If the machine malfunctions, it should be stopped immediately. During the production process, observe whether there are any problems with the ink printing machine and ensure it in a timely manner. If the material issue cannot be resolved on site, production should be stopped and the quality inspector should report it to the relevant department for resolution, in preparation for subsequent production. After the production is completed, separate the qualified products printed from the products to be inspected and clearly mark them.
