automatic hardboard production line is a cardboard production equipment that integrates pulp preparation, wet cardboard forming, drying, cutting, and stacking. It can produce various specifications, thicknesses, and qualities of cardboard, which are widely used in packaging, construction, furniture, electronics, and other fields.

Key points for operating a cardboard production line :

(1) Before starting up, carefully check all circuits, air pipes, and valves for leaks, and add oil to all lubrication parts.;

(2) Install the roll paper correctly on the axle free bracket according to the paper specifications specified in the production notice;

(3) Start the main motor by introducing steam and wait for the steam pressure to rise to 8kPa (the temperature of the tile roller reaches 160 ℃ or above) to feed the paper;

(4) Release the glue valve, slowly and uniformly rotate the speed control button of the main motor, and press the pressure button to create single-sided corrugated cardboard and send it to the overpass;

(5) After production is completed, reset the glue roller, close the heat source and air valve, and adjust the main motor to low speed;

(6) Clean the glue roller, remove paper scraps and carbonized glue residue from each roller;

(7) Stop the automatic grey hardboard production line when the temperature of the tile roller drops to not too hot, and apply rust proof oil to the surface of each roller when it is not used for a long time;

(8) Regularly check whether all valves and joints are working properly, whether all instruments are sensitive, and whether the indications are correct;

(9) Maintain equipment and site hygiene and fill in equipment operation records.
