First, before powering on, plug in the power supply. When plugging in, check whether the wires are damaged and whether there are water drops on the socket. Use only after passing the inspection. Put the sliding plate in the original position, pull the glue back with two springs, and a gap of about 1mm can be opened at the glue stripping position, which can play a good role in breaking the glue. Cut off the power supply in time after finishing.
Second, the paper tube machine shall be powered by three-phase four wire system. If a fault does occur during use, the power supply shall be cut off in time to avoid damage to the equipment.
In addition, open the vacuum pump to verify the vacuum pressure when power is on, and open the air compressor to check the regulated pressure of each part. After check, connect the air exhaust device of the edger, operate the air exhaust device, and open the oil pump to check whether the gluing is normal.
