一、 Safety Operating Regulations for paper corner protection production line

1. Strictly abide by the company’s safety management system, operate according to regulations, and ensure safe production. It is strictly prohibited to drink excessively, be shirtless, barefoot, wear slippers, and take children (female employees are strictly prohibited from wearing their hair) to work.

2. Before starting the paper edge protector equipment, check whether the connection structure of each extension is normal. Start the power supply and run it slowly for 2-3 minutes without any abnormalities before running production.

3. When adjusting the spacing of the formed triangular groove, the power should be disconnected and carried out when the paper corner protection machine  is not running.

4. When temporary faults occur during the production process, such as debonding, paper breakage, paper jamming, deviation from the groove, and meter sensitivity errors, which need to be eliminated in a timely manner, attention should be paid to each extruded component to avoid safety accidents, and it is best not to carry out operation.

5. Adjust the distance between the triangular cutting blades, and pay attention to the blade edge when troubleshooting during production cutting to avoid scratches.

6. Be accustomed to operating the power supply with your right hand.

7. The goods must be stored in a fixed location and the roads must be kept clear.

二、 Daily maintenance and upkeep of paper edge protector machine equipment

1. After work, the production site and equipment should be organized and cleaned.

2. Records of equipment operation status should be kept for shift production.
