It is not allowed to disassemble and assemble control cables, grounding wires, power supply lines, communication cables and other kinds of cables without any reason. If cables need to be disassembled and assembled due to equipment maintenance, it is necessary to keep the marks intact and restore the cables to ensure reliable wiring;

After a month of operation and every half a year of operation, the new automatic box sticking machine will comprehensively check and fasten all kinds of terminal blocks.

2. Operation station maintenance management

Operate in a civilized manner, take care of the equipment, keep it clean, dust-proof and waterproof, power off and purge for maintenance every week, including dust cleaning inside the IPC;

It is strictly forbidden to use software not provided by Jingshan Light Computer on industrial personal computers (computers), PLC, HMI and various controllers. Use USB flash drives carefully to prevent viruses from invading;

Various upper computer software and data backup required by the system;

When the full automatic carton box folder gluer machine is shut down for a long time, the PLC, HMI and the controller with program shall be powered on continuously for more than 8 hours every week to ensure that the program or data will not be lost due to long-time power failure.
