The Semi-automatic carton stitching machine is a commonly used equipment in cardboard box factories, with high production efficiency, uniform nail spacing, and beautiful appearance. The working process of the semi-automatic box stitching machine includes folding, feeding, and box nailing of cardboard. Before operation, it is necessary to adjust the position of the main baffle, left and right baffles, and upper and lower nail heads according to the size of the cardboard box. After the adjustment is completed, set the height, number of nails, nail spacing and other parameters of the cardboard box through the touch screen computer. During the nail box process, the servo motor controls the feed of the cardboard, and the nail cart motor drives the nail head to complete the nail box action.

The failure rate of semi-automatic box stitching machine is relatively low, but maintenance is still crucial. Maintenance work includes:

1. Lubricate the nail head punch once a day, and clean and add oil to the nail head every 30 days.

2. The nail head must be cleaned regularly due to the accumulation of small electroplating chips falling down from the nail wire and accumulating in the punch. After disassembling the nail head, clean it and add oil before reinstalling it.

3. Three gears on the left and right baffles of the paper feeding belt bolt groove shaft, apply butter once every 30 days.

4. The clutch and brake must not allow oil or water to enter.

5. The servo motor must be kept clean to avoid dust coverage, and the heat dissipation and dust filter of the servo motor drive should be cleaned regularly.

6. Keep the electrical control box clean to avoid dust covering and causing short circuits.

7. The inner and outer wire feed axles should be kept flexible and lubricated with butter.

8. The nail head fixing shaft and the left and right baffle fixing shafts must be cleaned and lubricated with engine oil when moving.

9. Lubricate the upper and lower nail head drive shafts, bolt groove shafts, and drive screws with engine oil.

10. Lubricate the gears and chains inside the power transmission box with butter for 30 days.
