Compared with foreign suppliers, China’s packaging machinery enterprises still have obvious disadvantages.

It is understood that the countries with high level of packaging and packaging machinery abroad mainly include the United States, Germany, Japan, Italy and the United Kingdom. German packaging machinery is in a leading position in design, manufacturing and technical performance. The technical content of domestic equipment is lower than that of European and American products, which is generally 510 years behind that of foreign equipment in the same period. China’s domestic equipment is lower than foreign products in terms of production speed, output, accuracy and stability of equipment operation, especially in terms of automatic packaging machine and vacuum packaging machine, which lags behind European products for more than 10 years.

With the development of China’s packaging industry, China’s packaging machinery has also made great progress, but there are still great differences in China’s packaging machinery compared with developed countries. For example, the technical level of the packaging machinery industry is still backward. China’s packaging machinery enterprises are generally small in scale and scattered in production force. Due to capital investment, enterprise system and other reasons, most manufacturers lack experience in marketing management.

Few domestic manufacturers can provide a complete set of production lines from packaging single products to end packaging equipment. In the face of the supporting services provided by European and American manufacturers from packaging design, new product R & D, certification consulting services, technical training to providing a complete set of production line equipment, we still have a big gap.
