Operating procedures for automatic folding gluing machine

1. Before starting the machine, open the protective cover and add oil to the sprocket, connecting rod shaft, eccentric wheel shaft, and other parts.

2. Adjust the size of the left and right baffles and rubber wheels according to the required processed products.

3. When adding glue, the glue feeding valve must be closed.

4. Turn on the power, open the glue feeding valve, and wait for the glue to flow into the glue box before turning the machine.

5. The first test must be conducted to see if the glue is applied in place and evenly, and then further adjust the size of the automatic folder gluer machine baffle.

6. Sampling inspection must be carried out during production to avoid the occurrence of glue opening, and timely detection, modification and handling should be achieved.

7. Remove and clean the adhesive area of the rubber wheel frame every shift. When work is suspended, close the glue feeding valve in advance to prevent glue overflow.

8. Do not touch rotating parts with your hands while the machine is running.

9. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and surrounding environment.
