Step 1: Dress code requirements

Step 2: Check the equipment

Step 4: Start Operations

Before starting the ink sewage treatment equipment, it is necessary to check whether the screws are tightened. After starting, observe the condition of the electricity meter to see if it is normal. If the current fluctuation of the electricity meter is too large, it is necessary to immediately stop running and check the equipment, otherwise it will cause serious harm. During the operation of the sewage treatment equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the air flow and the sound of the fan are normal.

Step 5: Add chemical substances

The domestic wastewater treatment machine also needs to use the power of chemicals to treat sewage. At the beginning of each day’s operation, aluminum sulfate (which is an industrial sulfuric acid) and hydrogen dioxide need to be added inside. The amount of aluminum sulfate input also has requirements and specifications, controlled between 50 and 100 milliliters. Hydrogen dioxide can only be input at 2.5 grams, and the amount of chemical substances must be standardized and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
