Operation Program of High Speed Partition Assembler Machine

1. The automatic carton partition assembler machine must be operated by employees who have received professional training according to the operating procedures.

2. Ensure good lubrication of mechanical moving parts.

3. All fasteners must be connected reliably.

4. Do not place any flammable or explosive materials to prevent dust, corrosive gases, and liquids from entering.

5. Before performing pneumatic control or actuator, compressed air must pass through a clean system, otherwise it may damage the parts.

6. The compressed air from the air compressor first enters the air storage tank – the main filtered air dryer air source control device – the pneumatic control or actuator.

7. Before debugging the high-speed cardboard partition assembler machine , be sure to carefully inspect the debris on the machine and check if all electrical components are loose during transportation, especially the wiring screws. If there are, they must be firm.
