2. Preparation before startup: Check if all necessary tools are complete; Verify production data and computer data to ensure that the paper quality and specifications of the original roll meet the requirements; Add oil to all operating parts of the machine and check for any foreign objects on the machine to prevent them from entering the corrugated machine.

3. Machine preheating: Turn on the machine power and air compressor power, close the air compressor bypass valve, and turn on the steam switch for preheating.

4. Double sided machine operation: Before starting up, carefully check whether the electrical appliances and steam valves are normal, and add oil to all lubricating parts and chains; Adjust the gap between the upper and lower adhesive discs to be slightly smaller than the thickness of the single-sided cardboard to be passed through; After turning on the machine, observe whether the amount of glue applied is appropriate and adjust it accordingly; After production is completed, clean the equipment site, keep the grey hardboard making machine clean, and fill in the equipment operation record.

5. Vertical and horizontal cutting machine operation: Before starting up, check whether the fastening screws, air pipe circuit, knife and knife groove, paper feeding belt, etc. are normal; Accurately and effectively adjust the cutting width in production to ensure that the cardboard is free of burrs and exposed tiles; Clean up the site after production and keep the equipment clean.

6. Computer control room operation: Check whether the power plug, control program, and operation keys are normal; Adjust the cutting length of the cutting line and cardboard according to the production notice and operation manual, input relevant data, and conduct inspections; Control the actual number of products offline to avoid waste.

7. Operation of cardboard stacking machine: Before starting, check whether the circuit air valve and transmission are normal, whether the lifting and transverse devices are sensitive, and lubricate them; Stacking cardboard should be neat to avoid collisions and tilting; Turn off the power after production, clean up the debris on site, keep the equipment clean, and keep a daily production record.
