(1) The standard and practical operation of the ink bucket line cutter plate The height of the ink bucket line cutter plate will immediately endanger the adjustment of the ink supply, so the surface of the ink bucket line roller will not be damaged, and the surface cleaning should be maintained. When not printing, the ink bucket line should be opened. When printing, the position without text and drawing need not be blocked. A thin ink film should be produced on the ink bucket line roll.

(2) Standardized operation during inking or inking The quality of the ink should be checked before inking. If there is residue such as ink skin in the ink bucket line, it should be removed immediately. The number of prints is small. Try to use a small printer cartridge as much as possible, which will consume less. The large ink bucket can be used when the printing number is large. water ink printing slotting machine The large ink bucket has a lot of ink. The remaining ink should be paved with an ink knife if it cannot be spent at one time, and then covered with paper, which can prevent the printing ink from touching the gas. It is OK to water the cloth on the ink bucket, but long-term contact between water and ink will cause printing ink emulsion. The ink taken out from the ink bucket line is generally not suitable for putting into the original ink bucket, but into the newly stacked printer cartridge. After that, it should also be covered with paper. When inking, take out the paper on the top and clean it with an ink knife. The ink on the bottom of the ink bucket should also be scraped out by some means, especially for the red ink. Do not throw away the residual ink containing ink cover at will. Use the ink press once for printing unsmooth goods. When the ink knife reaches into the ink bucket to take ink, it should be turned several times, so that the ink on the ink knife is not easy to fall in the middle. Naturally, in order to avoid the ink falling in the middle of the way, the ink bucket should be high and the ink bucket line should be close.
