Precautions for safe operation of water-based printing press

1. The machine can be closed only after confirming that there is no one in the equipment.

2. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the protective net cover, safety switch, etc. and do not start the machine if the safety facilities are not complete.

3. It is forbidden to stand on the equipment and observe the operation of the equipment.

4. It is strictly prohibited to place foreign matters such as water cups, tools and accessories on the equipment table.

5. It is forbidden to walk on the running conveyor belt.

6. Ensure that the working site around the equipment is clean and free of sundries, and be careful of ground sliding. 7. It is strictly forbidden to touch any rotating working parts. Start the machine only after confirming that there is no one next to each rotating part.

8. When entering the machine, press the emergency stop self-locking switch. If the machine traveling motor starts, quickly pull down the safety wire rope in the machine to stop the movement of each part.

9. The equipment must be monitored for operation. It is strictly prohibited to leave or leave the post, and shut down immediately in case of failure.

Keep the equipment clean and lubricated, and drain the water in each compressed air filter before startup.

It is forbidden to adjust the size by rough knocking with hard objects. Carton printing machine,wooden hammer or rubber hammer can be used when necessary.

Do not cover the motor with sundries to avoid affecting its heat dissipation.

All electrical buttons and touch screens must be pressed gently, and all live parts must not be wet by water or oil to avoid danger caused by electrical short circuit. When debugging equipment or cleaning anilox roll surface, be extra careful not to scratch the anilox roll surface; Do not contact the roll surface with the liquid with strong corrosion to the copper base of the roll body, such as ammonia.

Operation mode

1 the functional operation of the above equipment commissioning can be controlled through the setting of the corresponding master control panel of each panel.

2 the operation of the touch screen control panel is controlled according to the display instructions and diagrams. The above operations and precautions must be mastered before the touch screen operation.

3 in addition to the touch screen control, all parts can be manually adjusted and controlled, and the manual adjustment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the above procedures.
