Paper tube machine is an important mechanical equipment for producing paper tubes, and its products are widely used in various industries. In order to make the new paper tube machine run better, the following precautions for starting the new paper tube machine are proposed:
1. Check whether the printing ink meets the order requirements.
2. Check whether the adhesive meets the requirements.
3. The equipment shall be lubricated in place. The specific positions are: shaft sleeve, slide rail, cam, oil hole, etc.
4. When connecting the power supply, check whether there is anyone near the equipment, and remind to pay attention to safety.
5. Turn on the vacuum pump to verify the vacuum pressure, and turn on the air compressor to check the pressure adjustment of each part. After it is confirmed that it is normal, connect the air exhaust facility of the edger, operate the air exhaust, and open the glue pump to check whether the glue amount is normal.
6. After all are confirmed to be normal, manual operation shall be carried out first to check whether all operating parts are normal. In case of any fault, the fault shall be eliminated first, and then semi-automatic operation shall be used for production after confirmation.
7. The temperature of drying room reaches the regulated value: 680C (according to the dryness of paper tube)
8. Before starting, use special tools to clean the grinding tool shaft, remove the residual glue in the mold shaft, and then blow it with compressed air.
9. Make sure to add brass sleeve before starting the machine.
10. Before starting, the ventilation valve must be filled with oil frequently.
11. During the whole operation process, one person must operate the equipment control switch and pay attention to whether there is someone working on the equipment.
