1. Attention should be paid to temperature and humidity, and if possible, compartments should be added. The nozzle temperature is maintained at 25-30 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 50% -70%.

2. When encountering nozzle clogging, it is recommended to use a small blue bottle cleaning solution (distilled water can be used as an emergency) to moisturize the nozzle for about half an hour. Attention: It is moisturizing, not soaking. Please refer to the training manual for details.

3. It is essential to ensure proper lubrication of all bearings and transmission components on the machine, such as the feeding area, moisture retention area, crossbeam guide rail, and crossbeam lifting mechanism. You can choose engine oil or sewing machine oil with better lubrication and wear resistance properties.

4. Check the cover of the secondary ink cartridge, do not tighten it to prevent thermal expansion and contraction. Inventory ink needs to be moved to a room with a temperature of 20-30 ℃.
