Preparation work before starting the automatic hardboard production line

1. Add oil to each operating part of the machine. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check for other objects on the machine to prevent them from entering the tile mounting machine;

2. Turn on the power supply of the machine and the air compressor, close the bypass valve of the air compressor (if the bypass valve head is open during daily shutdown), turn on the steam switch to preheat the machine;

3. When the preheating steam pressure of the machine reaches 0.2~0.3Mpa, rotate the roller slowly to prevent deformation under the action of heat and self weight. When the machine is idling, the pressure between the upper and lower rollers should not exceed 0.3Mpa, and pressure should not be applied between the pressure roller and the lower corrugated roller to avoid damaging the pressure roller. After starting slowly, sprinkle oil on the roller to prevent roller wear;

4. Turn on the pneumatic switch, exit the glue slot, adjust the rubber divider according to the width of the processed paper, turn on the glue slot motor to let the glue roller run freely, open the glue conveying valve: input the slurry, start the glue return pump motor for slurry circulation;

5. According to the requirements of the production cardboard work order, place the roll of raw paper on the raw paper support, and peel off the damaged and unusable parts before installation (while not affecting product quality, also in the spirit of conservation). Cardboard and core paper do not require a distinction between the front and back. The inner and outer paper must be separated from the back, and it is required that the back of the kraft cardboard be bonded to the paper.

6. In general, production can only begin when the steam pressure reaches 0.9~1Mpa and the surface temperature of each roller reaches 160~170 ℃. (Note: Exceptions for special raw materials that require temperature reduction)
