The production process of the EPE foam production line: plastic particles → formula mixing → heating and extrusion → foaming agent injection → mixing and plasticizing → extrusion → cooling and molding → sizing and cutting → cooling and drawing → flattening → winding → finished products. The whole process can be continuously produced.

During the production and processing of this production line, raw materials such as polyethylene are first mixed evenly, put into the extruder hopper, and then melt and mix through the extruder with large length diameter ratio. At the same time, foam gas and molten monoglyceride are injected into the middle of the extruder under high pressure, and are evenly mixed with the melted and mixed plastics. The products are extruded by the die and die, and then formed into foam sheet (film) products after cooling, traction, flattening and winding.
