Safety Operation Regulations for Fully  Automatic partition assembler machine

1. The carton partition assembly equipment must be operated by professionally trained employees in accordance with operating procedures.

2. Ensure good lubrication of all mechanical moving parts.
3. All fasteners must be reliably connected.
4. Do not place any flammable or explosive materials to prevent dust, corrosive gases, or liquids.
5. Compressed air must pass through a clean system before it can be used for pneumatic control or actuator components, otherwise it may damage the components.
6. The compressed air from the air compressor first enters the air storage tank, main pipe filter, air dryer, machine air source regulating device, and pneumatic control or actuator components.
7. Before testing the corrugated cardboard partition assembly machine , it is necessary to carefully inspect the debris on the machine and check whether any electrical components are loose during transportation. In particular, if any wiring screws are loose, they must be firmly secured.
