1、 Preface

2、 Common hazards

2. Fall hazard: The steps and trolleys on the production line can cause a fall hazard, and operators must pay attention to handrails and anti slip devices.

3. Thermal hazard: The heating equipment in the production line can generate high temperatures, and it is necessary to wear protective clothing and regularly inspect the equipment.

4. Material and chemical hazards: The components and raw materials in the production line will undergo chemical reactions and hazardous materials, which must be classified, stored, and labeled.

3、 Safety precautions

1. Before entering the grey paper cardboard production line, necessary safety protection equipment such as protective clothing, protective shoes, and safety helmets must be worn.

2. For prohibited or unauthorized equipment, unauthorized entry must be prohibited, and assistance from competent departments and technical personnel should be sought.

4. The work surface must be kept clean and tidy, and debris must not be placed indiscriminately to ensure the operator’s visibility, physical balance, and safety.

Before operation, strict equipment inspection and maintenance must be carried out, and corresponding records must be kept.
