The Semi-automatic carton stitching machine is a mechanical equipment used for cardboard box processing.

The working principle of semi automatic 2 piece box stitching machine :

1. Place a piece of cardboard in the binding section, and the technician will set the binding pressure based on the thickness of the cardboard. Adjust the width of the nail box support frame according to the length and thickness of the cardboard:

When the thickness of the cardboard is too thick, personnel should be arranged to appropriately press the paper thin, so that the paper will not be pressed thin;

3. According to the production and sales notice of the enterprise, students are required to make bookings. The box nails should be designed along the centerline of the overlapping part, with a deviation of no more than 3mm.

4. The nail spacing of the  semi automatic carton stitcher equipment is uniform, with the tail nail spacing between the upper and lower lines of 20 mm. The spacing between single nails is not more than 55 mm, and the spacing between double nails is not more than 75 mm. 5. Each process leader and team leader can take a cardboard box and inspect the product separately. During the inspection, the cardboard box should be placed in natural light.

6. Nails should be fixed and connected, and there should be no phenomena such as piled nails, missing nails, missing nails, broken nails, curled nails, and no corners. 7. When the box nailing machine is nailing the box, the two box blanks should be aligned and there should be no scissors like appearance.

8. For cardboard boxes with a total size of less than or equal to 1000mm, the difference between the two diagonal lines on the top surface shall not exceed 3mm. The total deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated box shall not exceed ± 2mm. The total deviation of the inner diameter of a double corrugated box shall not exceed ± 4mm. The difference between the two diagonal lines on the top of a cardboard box with a total size of more than 1000mm shall not exceed 5mm. The total deviation of a double corrugated box shall not exceed ± 5mm.

9. The diameter of the loophole at the corner of the box shall not exceed 4mm2, and there shall be no obvious corners inside the bag. The shaking cover from the outside of the seam or strap shall not exceed 2mm.

10. The semi automatic corrugated box stitching machine should not have both inverted nails at the same time, and two box blanks with inconsistent requirements for yin and yang, variety, and specifications should not be mistakenly stapled together.
