Nail box stage: The servo motor drives the cardboard forward, and the nail cart motor drives the nail head to complete the nail box action. After completing the first nail action, the cardboard backboard picks up the cardboard, and the crank mechanism drives the paper feeding roller to rotate in a step-by-step manner until the predetermined nail distance is reached, and then the second nail action is performed.

Finished product processing: The automatic counting light eye counts the finished products and can be set to automatically separate and send them out.

The maintenance and upkeep of semi automatic 2 piece box stitching machine are equally important, and regular lubrication and cleaning are key to ensuring long-term stable operation of the machine. For example, the nail head punch requires daily lubrication, and the paper feeding belt bolt groove shaft and baffle gear need to be regularly coated with butter.
