Adhesion test

◆ Add the mixed adhesive into the glue bucket, open the glue valve, and check whether the gluing wheel is evenly coated. If it is even, try to glue one or two boxes, test the compression resistance, and check whether the glue is evenly coated on the staples of the glued board, so as not to spill;

◆ The width of the bonding overlap tongue shall not be less than 30mm. The adhesive shall be applied evenly, fully and without overflow. The face paper shall not separate when the bonding surface is peeled off.

Main precautions for the first inspection of products

◆ It is required that the pattern of the adhesive box should be aligned, and the error should be controlled within 2mm;

◆ When sticking the box, both ends of the box sheet shall be aligned, and there shall be no scissors and stagger.
