There should be no stains on the paperboard, and then check the specification and size of the paperboard. We should also see whether the corrugated type meets the requirements.

Separation and pressing line:

Paper separation is required for the production of paperboard with small orders, and the quality needs to be grasped when the order is small. At this time, the paperboard needs to carry out secondary processing, that is, paper separation and pressing.

Printing and slotting:

During printing, the ink of the required color needs to be adjusted. During printing, the printing test shall be carried out first to check the cleanliness of the pattern; The accuracy deviation of slotting is controllable. If the slotting accuracy is not reached, the carton will not be covered or the gap will be large when it is sealed.

Sticky box:

Pay attention to the gluing position when using the Box gluing machine to seal the box. Do not apply the glue to the outside of the size, which will cause adhesion between cartons.
