Technical requirements for the use of automatic hardboard production line:

1. When using the initial strip, the tension should be adjusted to the appropriate position, that is, neither loose nor tight.

2. When discovering the contraction of the strip, adjust the tensioner in a timely manner to relax the tension adjustment.

3. During operation, the strip should always be careful not to deviate, and in case of deviation, it must be adjusted in a timely manner. The adjustment method is as follows: (according to the structure of the machine) the strip runs to the right, and the right deviation adjustment device is loose; On the contrary, run on the left and loosen on the left; Be careful not to adjust too much each time, as excessive adjustment may cause deformation of the board strip (note: the degree of deviation of different specifications of cardboard may vary).

4. Regularly check the fixed length of the hooks on both sides of the board to prevent them from slipping out during operation of the paper hardboard making machine .

5. To prevent the strip and cardboard from staying on the hot plate during shutdown, it is necessary to support the strip and cardboard off the surface of the hot plate after shutdown to prevent them from coking and damaging the surface of the strip.

6. After the end of the shift, it is necessary to use a dry cloth to wipe or a brush dipped in water to clean the board and tape (not afraid of water), and do not leave any paper scraps or other dirt on the surface of the tape. It is also important to prevent adhesive from contaminating the board and tape. It is necessary to keep the surface clean to ensure that the breathability of the board is not affected and to ensure the quality of the cardboard.

7. A thorough cleaning should be carried out once a month (before implementation, a written plan should be submitted to the workshop for technical approval). First, the 1200mm paper hardboard production line should be turned on and run at a slow speed, with water spraying to fully moisten the plate and strip. An appropriate amount of detergent should be added, cleaned with a brush, and then rinsed with water. If necessary, steam should be turned on and slowly turned on for drying.
