Whether the Automatic printing machine is fine enough depends on the following parts:

1. Picture positioning part.

Why do you say that? Explain to us: with the increasing production power of PCB, the electronic components on the board are becoming smaller and smaller, which also puts forward higher requirements for the precision and speed of positioning. The picture location depends on the name of the location algorithm. The location algorithm is also one of the central algorithms of the full active vision printer.

2. Cleaning part.

All active vision printing machines use three methods: dry cleaning, wet cleaning and vacuum lamp. The quality of active cleaning directly affects the quality.

3. Demoulding method

Generally, there are only two demoulding methods for full active vision printing press:

1) It is used for simple PCB board,

2) Demould first and then start the scraper, which is used for thinner PCB boards. According to the demoulding requirements of different PCB boards, GKg full active vision printing machine has formulated three different demoulding methods for PCB boards with different tin requirements:

1) Lift the scraper first and then demould;

2) First demould and then start the scraper;

3) “The scraper shall be separated first, adhere to the pre pressure value, and then demould” is specially planned for 0.3bga and small distance demoulding degree to avoid sharp pulling, mesh blocking, less tin, etc.
