Maintenance of air bubble film making machine

1. Before starting the bubble film machine each time, check the power supply, vacuum system, air pressure system and cooling system. After starting the equipment, check whether the rotation direction of each rotating part is correct. At ordinary times, pay attention to the lubrication of each lubricating part. Electrical instruments should be maintained normally according to the procedures.

2. The bubble film machine shall be operated by a specially assigned person. It is not allowed to idle the extruder screw without material to avoid scratching the screw and barrel. After shutdown, if there is material stored in the barrel, before restart, the temperature of each temperature zone must be raised to the specified requirements according to the process requirements, and the machine can only be started after holding for more than 30 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine before the temperature reaches the requirements, so as not to damage the machine parts.

3. When the bubble film machine is feeding into the hopper, it must be kept clean, and metal debris, sand, gravel, small tools, etc. must be strictly prevented from entering the feed opening to prevent damage to the barrel and screw. If abnormal noise is found during operation, it should be stopped immediately for treatment.

4. If the screw of the bubble film machine is taken out of the barrel for some reason, it should be properly treated to prevent deformation. If it is not installed back into the barrel for a long time, the screw must be vertically suspended to prevent bruise, bending and permanent deformation. The barrel and screw surfaces should be coated with antirust oil for protection.

5. The use, adjustment, maintenance and servicing of the temperature controller, electronic instruments, electrical switches, etc. of the bubble film machine shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures and product instructions.

6. In addition to the daily maintenance, the bubble film machine should be overhauled regularly, the die head should be thoroughly cleaned every three months, the lubricating grease should be replaced every three months for various bearings, the lubricating oil should be replaced every six months for the reducer, and the overall equipment should be overhauled every two years.
