Lubrication and grease management

Cardboard roller lubrication: The roller is a very important component in the production of cardboard, which requires the use of specialized high-temperature grease for lubrication and corrosion protection to adapt to its long-term working environment under high temperature, heavy load, and the presence of water vapor.

Other lubrication points: Check and maintain hydraulic oil, gear oil, regular lubricating grease, high-temperature lubricating grease, and light engine oil to ensure that all lubrication points are properly lubricated to reduce wear and failure.

Cleaning and inspection

Equipment cleaning: Regularly clean the Composite cardboard production line to remove paper scraps, dust, and other impurities, especially the automatic paper feeder, preheating cylinder, glue coating machine, automatic paper stacking machine, etc., to maintain the normal operation and accuracy of the equipment.

Inspect moving parts: Regularly check the sliding performance of each shaft roller to ensure no abnormal wear or jamming.

Maintenance and upkeep

Regular inspection: Check the parallelism and fastening of the corrugated rollers, adjust the fitting pressure between the rollers, and clean the roller surface after removing the fitting pressure.

Electrical system: Check the control circuit, inspect for any damage or leakage, check if the control box motor is damp, and if any conductive materials have entered to prevent short circuits.

Mechanical component inspection

Mechanical reversing bracket: Check the tightness of the butterfly spring clamping of the screw and flipping worm, as well as whether the top rotation is flexible.

Hydraulic shaftless bracket: Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic medium and oil tank, the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil, the indication value of the pressure gauge, and the liquid level of the hydraulic station.

Through these daily maintenance measures, grey paper cardboard production line failures can be effectively prevented, downtime can be reduced, and the stable operation and high efficiency of the cardboard production line can be maintained.
