The  Composite cardboard production line mainly consists of the following key components:

1. Paper rack: used to place the paper to be processed.
1. Bridge conveyor: used to transfer paper from one workstation to another.
1. Gluing machine: used to apply adhesive between paper sheets.
1. Compactor: used to ensure that the paper is tightly bonded during the bonding process.
1. Drying plate dryer: used to remove moisture generated during the gluing process.
1. Cooling section: used to cool the dried cardboard for further processing.
1. Vertical and horizontal cutting machine: used to cut continuous cardboard into single sheets of the required size.
This  automatic hardboard production line can produce different specifications and thicknesses of cardboard, such as three-layer, four layer, five layer, or six layer composite cardboard, with a maximum thickness of 3.5 millimeters.
