The main components of the automatic hardboard production line

Wet end equipment

Raw paper rack: used to store and transport raw paper entering the production line.

Automatic paper feeder: Automatically feeds the raw paper into the next process.

Preheating Preprocessor: Preheating and preprocessing the base paper to adapt to the subsequent corrugated forming process.

Single sided corrugated machine: The preheated raw paper is passed through corrugated rollers to form a corrugated structure.

Paper feeding bridge: connects the single-sided corrugated machine and the glue coating machine to ensure smooth paper transfer.

Glue applicator: Apply adhesive to the surface of corrugated cardboard.

Double sided machine: Combine corrugated cardboard coated with adhesive with other layers of paper to form multi-layer hard cardboard.

Rotary cutting machine: used to cut multi-layer cardboard vertically and horizontally to the desired size.

Vertical cutting and creasing machine: specifically responsible for vertical cutting and creasing.

Horizontal cutting machine: performs horizontal cutting operations.

Stacker crane: Stack the cut cardboard neatly for subsequent packaging and transportation.
