Seal all wiring holes (pits) that may lead to dust, moisture, rat damage or other insects, prevent paper dust from entering the control room on site, and keep the control room clean;

It is prohibited to refit, disassemble and replace unauthorized system components, and it is not allowed to connect other electrical equipment in the electrical cabinet;

2. Operation station maintenance management

Operate in a civilized manner, take care of the equipment, keep it clean, dust-proof and waterproof, power off and purge for maintenance every week, including dust cleaning inside the IPC;

It is strictly prohibited to use informal software on industrial personal computers (computers), PLC, HMI and various controllers, and use USB flash disk carefully to prevent virus invasion; 

Various upper computer software and data backup required by the system;

When the full-automatic carton folder gluer machine is shut down for a long time, the PLC, HMI and the controller with program shall be powered on continuously for more than 8 hours every week to ensure that the program or data will not be lost due to long-time power failure.
