The manufacturing process of a hardboard production line generally includes the following main steps:

Raw material preparation

Waste paper recycling and processing: Collect waste paper and recyclable paper, put them into large barrels, add water and chemicals for neutralization treatment, and form pulp.

Pulp testing and grading: Testing and grading pulp to ensure its quality meets production requirements.

Cardboard manufacturing

Pulp molding: The processed pulp is placed on an automatic paperboard production line , and then squeezed into a drum by a machine, followed by mechanical compression and drying to form compressed cardboard.

Cardboard coating and forming: Heat and compress the cardboard again to make its surface flat. In order to improve durability and waterproofness, the cardboard also needs to be coated.

Cutting and packaging: Cut the formed cardboard according to the required size and then package it for transportation and storage.

Quality Control

Production process monitoring: Real time monitoring of the 5 ply hardboard production line production process through the production management system to ensure stable product quality.

Product testing: Conduct quality testing on the produced cardboard, including testing of thickness, strength, moisture content, and other indicators to ensure that the product meets standards.

Environmental protection measures

Wastewater treatment: Treat the wastewater generated during the production process to meet environmental standards before discharging.

Resource recycling: Recycling and reusing waste materials in the production process to reduce resource waste and environmental pollution.
