Select the “main exposure mask” processing process. If the design drawing includes thin wireframe text and a negative image that is very easy to paste, then applying the mask processing process can achieve an ideal practical effect. The mask should be made of raw materials that are impervious to UV light. First, use a shorter main shutter speed that allows for deeper layers of the negative image to expose the plate, and then use a mask to cover a portion of the negative image and increase exposure to a portion of the thin wireframe.

Ready, stick the dried epoxy resin plate onto a 4mm gasket, and then paste it onto the printing plate drum according to the specified specifications. Later, adjust the viscosity of the offset printing ink with industrial ethanol at a 1:1 ratio. Then, start the printing ink pump to apply ink, rotate the inking roller until the ink amount is uniform, check the ink amount, and ensure that the printing ink is evenly distributed on the inking roller with a faint pattern. At this time, start the trial printing, If the text and drawings are unclear and there is a leak, the working pressure of packaging and printing can be appropriately adjusted, and excessive pressure should be avoided to prevent deformation of the printing plate; If the text and graphics are unclear and the network lines are unclear, the ink amount can be reduced until the text and graphics are clear and the network lines are distinguishable, and the business outlets become invisible.

After a trial print is confirmed, it can be packaged and printed in large quantities. During normal packaging and printing, the speed should be balanced and maintained at 900~1000r/min. During the entire process of packaging and printing, attention should be paid to the ink volume and size, whether the business outlets are deformed, and whether there are dirty spots. It should be treated as strictly as offset printing, “Three levels at all times (ink coating roller level, printing plate roller level, and working pressure roller level), two levels (low ink volume, and low working pressure), and four levels (frequent inspection of samples, frequent mixing of ink barrels, frequent inspection of ink volume, and frequent plate wiping)” 。 Here, it is important to note that the plate can be cleaned with a thin cloth dipped in anhydrous ethanol. It is prohibited to use gasoline for vehicles, otherwise the epoxy resin plate will easily etch and deform. Use appropriate force when erasing the version, and do not use excessive force to damage the network cable. After wiping the plate, it should be continuously rotated for several circles, and then sent to cardboard packaging and printing after the printed plate is evenly coated with ink.
