Adopting three active stepless speed regulation to drive the rollers, the belt does not slip, the core shaft deformation is small, the belt pressure is high, the winding force is strong, the power transmission efficiency is high, the paper tube strength is good, and the surface is flat.

Central rewinding machine

Working principle: First, insert a steel shaft into the core of the hard paper tube, and then drive the steel shaft to rotate the hard paper tube core to achieve rewinding. Rewinding is achieved by driving a steel shaft inserted into a cardboard core to rotate the paper roll. The precise raw paper control system always detects the tension of the raw paper on the paper roll to strictly maintain uniform concentricity, taper, and tightness.

Paper tube dryer

Working principle: Place the roughly cut paper tube segments into the paper tube dryer, turn on the dryer power, close the dryer door, set the drying parameters, and start the dryer until the moisture content of the paper tube is below 12%. The combination of cyclone, fluidization, spraying and crushing classification technology has the characteristics of compact equipment, small volume, high production efficiency, continuous production, high drying intensity, low energy consumption, short material residence time, good product quality, can be used for drying thermosensitive materials, negative pressure or micro pressure use, good sealing, and high efficiency.

Slitting machine of the automatic paper core making machine

Working principle: The cutting length can be continuously set. If there is an error in the actual cutting length, it is easy to calibrate it by setting parameters. Slitting control is divided into two types: static and dynamic slitting: accurately stopping when the set length is reached, then static slitting processing, and restarting operation after slitting; When the set length is reached, the cutting machine will not stop and send out a cutting signal, and the cutting machine will dynamically cut and process the material during its movement.
